About David

David is an Electrical Engineer (BSEE, University of California) with advanced certifications in VLSI/IC design and more than 25 years of R&D experience linking deep engineering with practical operations.

His background spans Silicon Valley and Greater Seattle, covering wireless communications, ASIC/VLSI/FPGA development, LAN architectures, aerospace electronics, medical devices, and 2G–4G cellular networks. He founded GPS del Perú and Xevolvex, delivering integrated telematics solutions to international clients for over fifteen years.

At Telematrix, Mr. David leads the vision for a modular, data-driven fleet-management platform—combining AI-enabled video telematics, advanced analytics, and robust integrations—to help organizations improve safety, productivity, and regulatory compliance across complex operations.

About Sergio

Sergio is a Cross Stack Software Architect with over 15 years of experience designing scalable, cloud-native, and on-premise solutions.

He focuses on backend architecture, AWS infrastructure, and IaC with Java, C#, Node.js, and Terraform, working extensively with SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Algolia, and Elasticsearch.

He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from the Universidad Nacional de Piura and is alumni of the Cloud & DevOps: Continuous Transformation program at MIT Professional Education.

Sergio has led virtualization and CI/CD implementations with vCenter, Citrix, and Proxmox, and managed network and data center infrastructures to ensure reliability and performance.

As founder and Cross Stack Software Architect at Telematrix, he creates secure, automated, and future-ready solutions that bridge cloud and on-premise technologies.
